Unless otherwise stated, all data requested by WheePRO is mandatory. Failure to provide such data may result in WheePRO
being unable to provide its services.
Where WheePRO explicitly states that the provision of personal data is optional, users may choose not to provide such data
without any consequences to the availability or functionality of the service.

3. Mode and Place of Data Processing

The controller processes users’ personal data in a proper manner and adopts appropriate security measures to prevent
unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of data.
Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-based systems, following organizational procedures and methods
strictly related to the stated purposes.
In addition to the controller, other parties involved in the operation of WheePRO may have access to the data, either
internally (administrative, sales, marketing, legal, system administration staff) or externally, where necessary,
appointed as data processors (such as technical service providers, delivery companies, hosting providers, IT companies,
or communication agencies).
An updated list of these parties may be requested from the controller at any time.
3.2 Place
Data is processed at the controller’s offices and at any other locations where the parties involved in the processing are situated.
Depending on the user’s location, data transfers may involve transferring the user’s data to a country other than their own.
